Oru Lake Kickstarter Campaign
Launched in spring of 2022, Oru introduced their most affordable and simple to assemble origami kayak to date. Having built their brand on the crowdfunding platform, Kickstarter, they wanted bring this new product to market with their loyal backers first.

In 2021 my team collaborated with Oru on several successful advertising campaigns and as we moved into the next year, they had asked that I jump in to help bring this project to life.

The results brought $2.25m and remains their most successful crowdfunding campaign to date.
Our Connection to the Outdoors
In effort to showcase the minimal life adjustments required to get outdoors with Oru, we demonstrated that even in small living spaces and smaller vehicles, you can access life outside. 

To elevate the engaging visuals of this concept, we planned, staged and created various shots to take the viewer from moments at home with the product to ease of use in the water.

The campaign demanded several iterations, so we created engaging advertising content for both social media and various streaming platforms.
No Truck? No Problem.
This last ad concept was built to further the idea that regardless of what car or truck you drive, Oru fits your lifestyle.
